Penguin Band Are Online, RIGHT NOW!
The Ultimate Jam party hasn't begun yet, but the Penguin Band is online!
I e-mailed club penguin if they where really online and this is what they said:

Then DJ Cadence, Rocky, and CeCe will take over and appear during the actual party.It looks like the
Penguin Band are going to appear before the party and help with the construction.
